Worldwide, nearly 154 million people suffer from depression and 106 million meet the criteria for substance abuse (Source: “Startling Statistics about Mental Illness”, from ASHA International Website, 2012.)   To answer such a question, first, we need to understand the meaning of it. Many times, In interviews we are asked about our vision or goals and sometimes we don’t know how best to express ourselves, (What to include/ what to avoid).
